The present invention relates to a portable toe massage device that repeatedly stimulates meridian points of toes with protrusion parts formed on an inner side of the device while the toes are inserted into the device. According to the present invention, the portable toe massage device includes: an elastic member that is formed in the shape covering the toes in order to allows the toes to be inserted therein and is expanded and retracted as gas is injected in an inner space thereof and is discharged from the inner space； a plurality of protrusions that are formed on at least a portion of the surface of the elastic member and protrude toward the toes inserted in the elastic member； a gas injection/suction means which injects the gas in the inner space of the elastic member and discharges the gas out of the inner space； and an external housing formed on an outer side of the elastic member in order to prevent the elastic member from being expanded in to a predetermined size or bigger.
