PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a herbicide which produces herbicidal action under any of a dry field or a watered field by exhibiting excellent herbicidal action not less effectively than conventional herbicides while securing safety by way of a natural material-originated constituent as a major constituent.SOLUTION: The herbicide includes a jellyfish-originated constituent obtained by drying and pulverizing a jellyfish as a major constituent.
