The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating aging-associated diseases, containing a progerin expression inhibitor as an active ingredient, a novel compound which inhibits the binding of progerin and lamin A, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating aging-associated diseases, containing the novel compound as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the pharmaceutical composition inhibits the overexpression of progerin and inhibits the binding of progerin and lamin A, and thus is effective for treating or preventing diseases caused by the overexpression of progerin and the binding of progerin and lamin A, particularly, diseases caused in aged individuals such as kidney cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, progeria and the like. In addition, it is possible to screen drugs with specificity, for example, a drug promoting the binding of pVHL and progerin or a drug inhibiting the binding of progerin and lamin A using a screening method of a drug for treating aging-associated diseases, and thus it is possible to effectively develop a drug for treating diseases caused in aged individuals such as kidney cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, progeria and the like.La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique destinée à traiter des maladies associées à lâge, contenant comme principe actif un inhibiteur de lexpression de la progérine, un nouveau composé qui inhibe la liaison de la progérine et de la lamine A, et une composition pharmaceutique destinée à prévenir ou à traiter des maladies associées à lâge, contenant le nouveau composé comme principe actif. Selon la présente invention, la composition pharmaceutique inhibe la surexpression de la progérine et inhibe la liaison de la progérine et de la lamine A, et est ainsi efficace pour traiter ou prévenir des maladies causées par la surexpression de la progérine et la liaison de la progérine et de la lamine A, en particulier, des maladies présentes chez
