Disclosed are a portable device of heart status measurement and a method thereof. The method includes: using sensing units to measure electrocardiography (ECG) signals and seismocardiogram (SCG) signals； using a processor provided in the portable device to generate evaluation values； and allowing a transmission unit in the portable device to connect to and transmit evaluation values to an external electronic receiving device via a wireless transmission interface. Thereby, a user can monitor heart status at any time and intermediately know whether the heart status is abnormal.本發明揭示一種心臟狀態量測之可攜式裝置及其方法，其係利用感測單元量測心臟之心電圖（Electrocardiography，ECG）訊號與心震圖(Seismocardiogram，SCG)訊號，接著使用可攜式裝置內的處理器產生評估數值，並經由可攜式裝置內的傳輸單元經無線傳輸介面連接，並傳送評估數值至外部電子接收裝置上。藉此讓使用者可隨時監控心臟狀態，並可即時了解心臟狀態是否異常。
