The image capturing device includes: a tubular portion including an optical component and configured to receive light from the target； a housing including an electronic component configured to process the light received from the tubular portion； a cap covering at least a part of the tubular portion； and a blower mounted in the housing and configured to supply air to at least one of the cap and the optical component included in the tubular portion. The cap and the part of the tubular portion covered by the cap define an air-feeding path configured to pass the air supplied from the blower.
