PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure of a pumped body case in a combine, the structure that facilitates work corresponding to the type of maintenance work in the pumped body case and enables car washing work using car washing water to be performed in high efficiency.SOLUTION: A lid structure is provided in a pumped body case 13 forming a square shape cross section of a first conveyor device 10 for pumping and conveying primary grain or a second conveyor device 11 for pumping and conveying secondary grain. In that case, a lower opening 43a having a lower opening lid 46 for performing maintenance work in a lower side of the pumped body case 13 and an upper opening 43 having an upper opening lid 41 for performing maintenance work in a middle upper side of the pumped body case 13 are provided in the lower part and the upper part at the side of a case front wall 13 g of the pumped body case 13.
