PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a low exposure level in contrast radiography performed by X-ray CT scanning.SOLUTION: Dual energy scanning of a subject, to whom a contrast medium containing iodine is administered, is performed, and a virtual contrast image of the subject is generated on the basis of obtained data. An iodine density image indicating density distribution of iodine in the subject, which is based on a model expressing the subject by the synthesis of iodine and a predetermined substance except iodine, is generated on the basis of the data. Furthermore, a virtual non-contrast image is generated by performing the subtraction or weighted subtraction of the iodine density image from the virtual contrast image. Thus, both an image corresponding to the contrast image and an image corresponding to the non-contrast image can be acquired by performing the scanning once.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】X線CT撮影による造影検査において低被曝化を実現する。【解決手段】ヨウ素を含む造影剤が投与された被検体のデュアルエネルギー撮影を行い、得られたデータを基に、被検体の仮想造影画像を生成する。また、上記データを基に、被検体をヨウ素とヨウ素以外の所定物質との合成で表すモデルに基づく、被検体におけるヨウ素の密度分布を表すヨウ素密度画像を生成する。そして、上記仮想造影画像から上記ヨウ素密度画像を減算または加重減算することにより仮想非造影画像を生成する。これにより、1回の撮影で、造影画像に相当する画像と非造影画像に相当する画像の両方を取得できる。【選択図】図2
