The present invention provides a phytoncide extract beverage having an enhanced health improving effect, efficiency, and drinkability by enabling anyone to easily experience phytoncide which is an active ingredient contained in a phytoncide extract low liquid extracted from leaves and branches of retinispora. The phytoncide extract beverage is produced through: (1) washing leaves and branches of retinispora, feeding the leaves and branches into an extraction tank, heating the leaves and branches at 95°C in a vacuum state, and firstly fumigating and collecting the leaves and branches (2) firstly and secondly cooling steam collected in (1), and firstly filtering the leaves and branches to 80 mesh (3) adjusting a concentration by agitating the same with a concentrate (4) transferring the same to a condensing tank, heating the same at 55°C in a vacuum state, and secondly fumigating and collecting the same (5) producing high purity phytoncide having an adjusted concentration by cooling collected steam (6) secondly filtering the same to 200 mesh, transferring the same to an agitating tank, and mixing the same with a side ingredient (7) transferring the same to a charging tank, heating and sterilizing the same at 85°C, and transferring the same to a charging tank (8) performing microorganism inspection of a mixed phytoncide extract beverage (9) ensuring a circulation deadline by generating vacuum in a space by charging and capping the same in a heat resistant bottle container of 340 ml in a heating state and (10) performing inspection by using a metal detector (10,000 GS).
