An ultrasound scanning system includes an ultrasound scanning device, an ultrasound probe and an image capturing unit. The ultrasound probe includes a casing, a communication unit and an ultrasound scanner. The ultrasound scanner emits an ultrasound signal to a target and receives the ultrasound signal reflected by the target, wherein the ultrasound signal is transmitted to the ultrasound scanning device through the communication unit. The image capturing unit captures a partial image of the target and transmits the partial image to the ultrasound scanning device. The ultrasound scanning device generates an original ultrasound image according to the ultrasound signal and assigns a first color to an object of the original ultrasound image.
