The invention relates to an arrangement (10) for implementing kissing balloons simulating a bifurcated vessel, comprising a first catheter (4) having a first inflatable balloon (6) at or near its distal portion, a second catheter (7) having a second inflatable balloon (7a) at or near its distal portion, wherein the first catheter comprises a holding element (4) provided on the said first balloon (6), the said holding element (4) being adapted for: allowing the distal portion of the second catheter (7) to pass there through； affixing the second catheter (7) in a proximal vicinity to the first catheter (4) so that, in use, respective facing surfaces of the inflated first balloon (6) and the inflated second balloon (7a) touch each other.La présente invention concerne un système (10) de mise en place de « kissing balloons » qui simulent un vaisseau bifurqué, qui comprend un premier cathéter (4) muni d'un premier ballon gonflable (6) au niveau de sa partie distale ou près de cette dernière, un second cathéter (7) muni d'un second ballon gonflable (7a) au niveau de sa partie distale ou près de cette dernière, ledit premier cathéter comprenant un élément de maintien (4) prévu sur ledit premier ballon (6), ledit élément de maintien (4) étant adapté pour : permettre à ladite partie distale dudit second cathéter (7) de le traverser； fixer ledit second cathéter (7) à proximité dudit premier cathéter (4) de sorte que, pendant l'utilisation, les surfaces respectives tournées les unes vers les autres dudit premier ballon gonflé (6) et dudit second ballon gonflé (7a) se touchent.
