PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more correctly evaluate the ingestion function of a subject through daily meal scenes than by a conventional method.SOLUTION: A magnetic field change detecting part is arranged close to a bowl part 23 of an ingestion function evaluation spoon 20. A magnet 11 is attached to a region close to the lips of the subject, so as to determine a timing when the bowl part 23 of the spoon 20 approaches the lips b and is inserted into a mouth, based on the output of the magnetic field change detecting part.
