PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand disinfectant composition not only without stickiness during drying and sliminess during hand washing but also without whitening after drying and causing wrinkling, and having an excellent feeling of use.
SOLUTION: The hand disinfectant composition includes: (A) 40-95 wt.% of ethanol and/or isopropanol (B) a carboxyvinyl polymer and/or acrylic acid-alkyl methacrylate copolymer and (C) 0.02-2.0 wt.% of platy powder having an aspect ratio of at least 10.
