The present invention relates to a graphene-based bio-device, which measures cortical conductance with low noise and applies electrical stimulation efficiently to successfully mitigate seizure signals. To realize the performance, a very thin ultra-thin device is implemented, and D4L-Gr, which has better performance than an existing gold electrode, is used. The results of electrotherapy for epilepsy using flexible and thin graphene electrode arrays in this study opens up the possibility of treating various brain-related diseases such as Parkinson′s disease, schizophrenia, tinnitus and depression in addition to epilepsy.본 연구에서 구현한 그래핀 기반의 바이오 소자는 적은 노이즈로 피질전도를 측정하고 효율적으로 전기 자극을 가하여 발작 신호를 성공적으로 완화하였다. 이러한 성능을 구현하기 위해 매우 얇은 초박막 형태의 소자를 구현하였으며, 기존 금 전극보다 성능이 우수한 D4L-Gr을 이용하였다. 이 연구에서 시행한 유연하고 얇은 그래핀 전극 어레이를 이용한 간질을 위한 전기요법 결과는 간질뿐 아니라 파킨슨 병, 조현병, 이명과 우울증 등 다양한 뇌 관련 질환 치료의 가능성을 열어주었다.
