The present invention relates to a perforating device (1) for the preparation of holes to facilitate the placement of anchors of different diameters screwed into the bone of a patient, comprising a rod (10) provided with a pointed distal portion (12), trocar (20), allowing manual rotation to make a first hole compatible with a small diameter anchor, the distal portion being extended by a tap (30) allowing, without changing device, to complete in the same surgical procedure the preparation of the bone site in order to set up an anchor of larger diameter than the first anchor. La présente invention se rapporte à un dispositif perforant (1) destiné à la préparation de trous pour faciliter la mise en place d'ancres de différents diamètres vissées dans l'os d'un patient, comprenant une tige (10) munie d'une partie distale pointue (12), de type trocart (20), permettant par rotation manuelle de réaliser un premier trou compatible avec une ancre de petit diamètre, la partie distale étant prolongée par un taraud (30) permettant, sans changer de dispositif, de compléter dans un même geste opératoire la préparation du site osseux dans le but de mettre en place une ancre de plus gros diamètre que la première ancre.
