The present invention relates to a method and a device for effectively removing bubbles of a rectal wall in high intensity focused ultrasound therapy for prostate diseases and, more specifically, to a method and a device for removing bubbles without removing a focused ultrasound generator (probe) inserted into a rectal wall when bubbles in a liquid layer of the rectal wall are identified by removing bubbles in the liquid layer formed between the focused ultrasound generator inserted into rectum and the rectal wall in focused ultrasound therapy for prostate diseases.본 발명은 전립선 질환 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 시술 시 직장벽의 기포를 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 집속초음파 전립선 치료시에 직장 내에 삽입되는 집속초음파 발생장치와 직장벽 사이에 형성되는 액체층 내의 기포를 제거하도록 형성되어 직장벽 액체층의 기포발견시에도 직장 내에 삽입된 집속초음파 발생장치(프로브)를 빼내지 않고 기포를 제거할 수 있는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
