The present invention provides a bacterial wilt preventing composition which contains extracts or essential oil of silvervine fruit, nutgall, and kalopanax as active ingredients. The extracts are obtained by mixing 40-60 wt% of silvervine fruit, 10-30 wt% of nutgall, and 10-30 wt% of kalopanax, and extracting the mixture with hot water. The essential oil is produced by extracting the hot water extract obtained by mixing 40-60 wt% of silvervine fruit, 10-30 wt% of nutgall, and 10-30 wt% of kalopanax, using spirit.본 발명은 목천료자 추출물, 몰식자 추출물, 및 해동피 추출물 혹은 정유성분을 활성성분으로 함유하는 풋마름병 방제용 조성물을 제공한다.
