PURPOSE: A ceramic coating method by precipitation and biodegradable implants manufactured by the same are provided to improve biocompatibility by uniformly forming a ceramic layer on a magnesium layer. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic coating method includes the following steps: a calcium-based compounds and a phosphate-based compound are mixed to prepare a mixed solution; and a magnesium material is immersed in the mixed solution to coat a ceramic layer on the magnesium material. The calcium-based compound is ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid calcium disodium salt hydrate, and the phosphate-based compound is potassium dihydrogen phosphate. The concentration of the calcium-based compound and the phosphate-based compound is in a range between 0.01 and 0.1M.본 발명은 석출법을 이용하여 마그네슘층 상부에 생체 적합성이 높고 내부식성이 뛰어난 수산화아파타이트 세라믹층을 코팅함으로써, 3차원적인 마그네슘 재료 구조에 대해서도 보다 균일한 세라믹층을 용이하게 형성할 수 있고, 생체 적합성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 석출에 의한 세라믹 코팅 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 생체 분해성 임플란트에 관한 것이다.
