Die Erfindung betrifft ein Implantat (1) zum Einsetzen in einen Patienten, mit einem zumindest teilresorbierbaren und zumindest in Teilbereichen porösen Implantatkörper aus einem keramischen Trägermaterial (2), welches mit einem im implantierten Zustand Ionen zur Beeinflussung des Patienten-Zellmetabolismus abgebenden Spendermaterial (3) versehen ist, wobei das Spendermaterial (3) das Trägermaterial (2) durchsetzt.
