An endoscope plug body of the invention has a cylindrical plug frame whose one end portion is fitted in a venting cap from a direction in predetermined direction. The venting cap is projected to an outer surface of an endoscope. The plug frame includes latch member and breaking member. The latch member includes a flange portion and a venting cap latching portion arranged in the flange portion. In the breaking member, a pair of V-shape grooves provided in both side portions in a base end portion of the protrusion are torn off by moving the protrusion in the same direction as the fitting direction, and thereby the latching state is released between the plug frame and venting cap.
