The objective of the present invention is to provide a portable ultrasonic diagnosing device capable of improving power efficiency by adjusting a voltage of a pulse signal according to a depth to be measured. The portable ultrasonic diagnosing device comprises: a measurement depth setting unit to set a measurement depth to be measured； a voltage supply unit to supply a voltage to be supplied to a pulse generating unit according to the set measurement depth, wherein a smaller voltage is supplied as the set measurement depth is small； and the pulse generating unit to generate an electric pulse to be supplied to an ultrasonic transducer to generate an ultrasonic wave, wherein the electric pulse of a voltage corresponds to the voltage supplied from the voltage supply unit.본 발명에 따른 휴대용 초음파 진단 장치는, 측정하고자 하는 측정 깊이를 설정하는 측정 깊이 설정부； 상기 설정된 측정 깊이에 따라 펄스 생성부에 가할 전압을 공급하되, 상기 설정된 측정 깊이가 작을수록 더 작은 전압을 공급하는 전압공급부； 및 초음파를 발생시키기 위해 초음파 트랜스듀서에 가할 전기적 펄스를 생성하되, 상기 전압공급부로부터 공급되는 전압에 상응하는 전압의 전기적 펄스를 생성하는 펄스 생성부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
