The needle is inserted in the cap portion in a longitudinal direction and rotatably embossed combined with the cap portion. A flange part(11) is formed at an end of the needle and adhere to an inner surface of the cap portion. A concave part(12) is formed in the flange part, and a convex part(21) is formed at a position corresponding to the concave part inside the cap portion. The convex part is formed in the flange part that adheres to the inner surface of the cap portion.
