The squeegeesor groups of the squeegees (905 905' ) are configured to move independentlyor separately concerted fashion. The device (900) is preferably an oral-caredevice and can include bristles (907) and/or nodules (907') that move orare stationary. In accordance with the embodiments of the invention the oral-caredevice includes rows of squeegees (905, 905') that move with a first motionand a center section with squeegees (905 905'), bristles (907) and/or nodules(907') that move with a second motion in a direction and/or frequency thatis different from the first motion.
