PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of aligning a shape and a size on display in a region where the shape and the size are changed by breathing, without being associated with complicated operations, when performing fluoroscopic scanning of the region.SOLUTION: A storage section prestores periodic information indicating a period of a subjects breathing, and time phase information indicating a predetermined time phase of the breathing. A collecting section collects data by performing X-ray scanning of the subject. A control section starts scanning to be performed by the collecting section, on the basis of the time phase information. Additionally, the control section makes the collecting section repeatedly perform the scanning in a period based on the periodic information.
