The present invention relates to an LED module for skin treatment, which comprises: a substrate where a through-hole penetrating a top and bottom is formed, and an electrode port is formed around the through-hole； an LED package installed in the substrate, comprising an LED body embedded with an LED chip inside and a lead frame extended from the LED body to the outside, and has the lead frame connected to the electrode port by being inserted into the through-hole； a sheet attached to the bottom of the LED package, and formed with a material having thermal conductivity and electric insulation； and a heat radiating pin attached to the bottom of the sheet. According to the present invention, the LED module for skin treatment can increase the efficiency of heat radiation by shortening a transfer path of heat generated in the LED chip, and also can reduce the manufacturing costs by using a normal PCB by replacing a prior metal PCB for heat radiation. Also, the LED module can be combined and separated easily because the LED module can easily be connected without soldering the LED package to the substrate using a separation prevention plate.본 발명은 피부 치료용 LED모듈에 관한 것으로서, 상하를 관통하는 관통구멍이 형성되며, 하부에는 상기 관통구멍의 주변으로 전극단자가 형성된 기판과； 상기 기판에 설치되는 것으로 내부에 LED칩이 내장된 LED본체와, 상기 LED본체로부터 외측으로 연장된 리드프레임을 구비하며, 상기 관통구멍으로 삽입되어 상기 전극단자에 상기 리드프레임이 접속되는 LED패키지와； 상기 LED패키지의 하부에 부착되며, 열 전도성과 전기 절연성을 갖는 소재로 형성된 시트와； 상기 시트의 저면에 부착되는 방열핀；를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 피부 치료용 LED모듈은 본 발명은 LED칩에서 발생하는 열의 전달 경로를 단축시켜 방열 효율을 높일 수 있음은 물론, 기존의 방열을 위한 메탈 PCB를 대체하여 일반적인 PCB를 이용함으로써 제작단가를 절감할 수 있다.또한, 본 발명에 따른 피부 치료용 LED모듈을 이탈방지플레이트를 이용하여 LED패키지를 기판에 납땜하지 않고서도 용이하게 접속시킬 수 있어 결합 및 분리가 용이한 장점이 있다.
