The present invention provides a retractor direction adjustment device, which comprises: a direction adjustment means through which a retractor is coupled, the direction adjustment means having a through-axis, the direction of which can be adjusted and a fixing means fixedly mounted to a pin stuck in a vertebra and fixing the direction adjustment means of which the direction of the through-axis has been adjusted. The device not only can fix a retractor, using a pin stuck in a pedicle of the spine as an axis thereof, but also can simply and conveniently adjust the direction in which the retractor is to be inserted, before fixing the retractor.La présente invention concerne un dispositif de réglage de direction décarteur, qui comprend : un moyen de réglage de direction, avec lequel un écarteur est accouplé, le moyen de réglage de direction ayant un axe traversant dont la direction peut être réglée et un moyen de fixation monté de manière fixe sur une broche bloquée dans une vertèbre et fixant le moyen de réglage de direction dont la direction de laxe traversant a été réglée. Le dispositif non seulement peut fixer un écarteur, à laide dune broche bloquée dans un pédicule de la colonne vertébrale comme axe de ce dernier, mais peut également régler de manière simple et pratique la direction dans laquelle lécarteur doit être inséré, avant de fixer lécarteur.본 발명은 리트렉터 방향 조절장치로서, 리트렉터(retractor)가 관통 결합되며, 관통축(through-axis)의 방향이 조절되는 방향조절수단 및 척추골에 박힌 핀에 고정 설치되며, 관통축(through-axis)의 방향이 조절된 방향조절수단을 고정시키는 고정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 척추의 페디클(pedicle)에 박힌 핀을 축으로 하여 리트렉터(retractor)를 고정시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 리트렉터가 삽입될 방향을 간편하게 조절 후 고정시킬 수 있다.
