The present invention provides a temperature maintenance device for an animal MRI room, which comprises: a cylinder-shaped case having a space for an animal to undergo an MRI scan and mounted on the bed for an MRI instrument in the MRI room； and a heater unit positioned outside of the MRI room and connected to the case to supply heated air to the inside of the case.
