An undergarment system is disclosed. The undergarment system includes an undergarment and an urine passing sub-system. The undergarment has an opening configured thereon. The urine passing sub-system includes a flat member and a tubular member. The flat member is disposed on an operating inner surface of the undergarment covering area of female genital system from where urination and vaginal discharge occurs. The tubular member extends from the flat member and covers the opening of the undergarment in a way such that the tubular member lies outside the undergarment.
