PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a material or a lodging material with a large volume of culm is reaped, the volume of the culm at a confluence part becomes large to act a load perpendicular to the working direction of holding rails and cause clogging in conveyance, as the holding rails cannot move in their own working direction.SOLUTION: A stock-holding guide (39) is forced to the direction (Y1) approaching to a stock conveyor chain (37) out of directions perpendicular to the conveyance direction (X1) of the stock conveyor chain (37), as well as held by a nipping direction-supporting means (40) for supporting the stock-holding guide (39) to be withdrawable in the direction (Y2) separating from the stock conveyor chain (37).
