The present invention relates to a portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device. According to the present invention, the portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device includes: a control unit controlling the portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device; and a high pressure device of an X-ray source, which is connected to the control unit and is applied with a carbon nano tube (CNT), wherein the high pressure device of the X-ray source enables low does exposure by detailed control and remarkably reduces power consumption by not having a filament. The high pressure device of the X-ray source has a high pressure capacitor and a high pressure diode of a sandwich structure to have a compact structure. The portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device improves image quality of the X-ray device used for a dental clinic and guarantees longevity. The portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device provides low power consumption and enables a product without a battery. The portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device can be rapidly charged and be formed in a small size. The portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device also has light weight and improves operability. The portable carbon nanotube and filament type X-ray device also provides exposure measure stability and, therefore, remarkably improves reliability of the X-ray device.
