PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an oral formulation of low dose entecavir is provided to ensure content uniformity by simple processes and to obtain the oral formulation which excellently treats HBV infection. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oral formulation of entecavir comprises: a step of pulverizing entecavir in a particle size of 1-60 micrometer； a step of mixing 0.01-1 wt% of pulverized entecavir, 75-95 wt% of an excipient, 1-10 wt% of a binder, 1-10 wt% of a disintegrant, and 0.1-5 wt% of a lubricant and forming a pharmaceutical composition； and a step of molding the pharmaceutical composition by a direct compression method or a dry granule compression method.본 발명은 (A) 엔테카비어를 1 ~ 60 ㎛ 의 입도로 미분화하는 단계, (B) 상기 미분화 엔테카비어 및 약제학적 첨가제를 혼합하여 약학 조성물을 형성하는 단계 및 (C) 상기 약학 조성물을 직접압축법 또는 건식과립압축법으로 압축성형하는 단계를 포함하는 엔테카비어의 경구투여 제제 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 제조방법을 통하여 간단한 공정으로 함량 균일성 및 B형 간염 치료 효과가 우수한 저용량 엔테카비어의 경구투여 제제를 제조할 수 있다.
