An automatic vision testing device without human monitoring comprises a testing panel, a tester (2) and an isolating wall (3) disposed opposite to the testing panel. The testing panel comprises a liquid crystal display panel (12), a lower polarizer (13) and a backlight source (14). The liquid crystal display panel (12) displays a vision display picture. The isolating wall (3) is provided with a wireless signal transmitter thereon, and the wireless signal transmitter transmits an acquired vision indication signal of a testee to a wireless signal receiver via a network. The wireless signal receiver transmits the received vision indication signal to a processor. The processor processes the vision indication signal and transmits a processing feedback to the testing panel.
