METHOD FOR PRODUCING FEED OR PET FOOD INGREDIENT USING CRUSHED PINEAPPLE LEAVES AND STALKS AND FEED OR PET FOOD INGREDIENT USING CRUSHED PINEAPPLE LEAVES ANS STALKS
[Problem] To form a pet-food raw material or a feed, in order to attempt to produce a livestock feed counteracting the vast amount of pineapple leaves and stalks generated after harvesting pineapple fruits, which can be made into a feed liked by livestock by adjusting the fermentation state of the pineapple leaves and stalks that include sugar and many fibre components, and which can reduce the burden on purchasers such as dairy farmers. [Solution] 15-50 pcnt or 20-40 pcnt of the content of a body of pineapple leaves and stalks which is set in a dried state corresponding to set fermentation conditions, and which is formed by being maintained at a water content under an anaerobic bacteria fermentation environment, and made to ferment by anaerobic bacteria under the anaerobic fermentation environment at a prescribed indoor temperature, is set in a low fermentation state to form a pet-food raw material or a feed of a body of pineapple leaves and stalks which is in a dried low-fermentation state.
