PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care training tool for hip part in which, for example, a hip part model or the like is used as a holder, and a trainee can individually use it by wearing the holder, and when using the model, the model has softness similar to a human physical body but there is no twisting, so that there is resistance to enema and a slip state of fingers with proper degree, and the model can achieve real feeling of an anal part supported by shake, and passing stability of an anal through hole.SOLUTION: A nursing care training tool for hip part comprises: a holder which is imagined as a hip part and a pseudo anal which is detachably attached to the holder. The pseudo anal is formed by integrating and fleshing out a soft resin material to a hollow-shaped bone member serving as a skeleton by insert molding, the bone member is a cylindrical shape or sheath shape which is widely opened to a base end and is a hollow shape. The soft resin material is filled in the hollow part of the bone member, and a projection part capable of being elastically deformed by projecting from the opening boorishly is integrated with the filled part. The soft resin material comprises an operation initial part having an anal port on a tip end of the projection part, and an anal through hole continuous to the anal port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】例えば臀部モデル等の形態のものを保持器として、それに装着しながら実習生が自分用として個別的に使うこともでき、使ってみると、人の肉体に似せた柔らかさを保持するが、捻じれがないため、浣腸や指の滑り具合に過不足がなく抵抗があり、ブレで支える肛門部分のリアル感と、肛門通孔の通し安定性とが得られる臀部用の看護練習器を提供する。【解決手段】臀部として仮想される保持器と、これに対して着脱可能に装着する疑似肛門とからなり、疑似肛門は、骨格となる中空形の骨部材に、インサート成形により軟質樹脂材を一体に肉付けしてなり、骨部材は、中空形において基端に広く開口する筒状ないし鞘状であって、前記軟質樹脂材は、骨部材の中空部に充填されるとともに、前記開口より無骨で突出することにより柔軟に弾性変形し得る張出部が充填部と一体に形成され、軟質樹脂材に、張出部先端の肛門口と、それに続く肛門通孔とを具備する操作初期部が形成されている。【選択図】 図1
