The present invention relates to a method for selectively preparing a corn husk-derived extract using corn husks as active ingredients. Provided is a method for preparing a corn-husk-derived extract, characterized by comprising the steps of: adding sulfuric acid to corn husks and performing hydrolysis； centrifuging the hydrolysate and separating residues from the hydrolysate； neutralizing the separated hydrolysate； filtering a precipitate and collecting a filtered liquid； removing ions remaining in the filtered liquid using ion exchange resin and collecting purified liquid； and performing size exclusion chromatography of the purified liquid and isolating an extract.
