The claimed invention relates to an active biological or pharmaceutical substance which has antibacterial activity and has a bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal effect. According to the claimed invention, an active biological substance is characterized by the presence of: eucalyptus extract, benzalkonium chloride, and essential oils of eucalyptus, mint, fir, pine, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, coriander, rose, and sage in the following ratio of components in mass percent: eucalyptus extract 18.86-55.63, benzalkonium chloride 18.86-44.47, eucalyptus essential oil 3.70-22.24, mint essential oil 3.70-22.24, fir essential oil 0.1-4.42, pine essential oil 0.1-4.42, lavender essential oil 0.1-4.42, tea tree essential oil 0.1-4.42, rosemary essential oil 0.1-4.42, coriander essential oil 0.1-4.42, rose essential oil 1.34-2.24, and sage essential oil 1.34-2.24. The technical result of the invention is the production of an active biological substance and a topical preparation based thereon that have antibacterial activity and exert a bactericidal, bacteriostatic and antifungal effect.L'invention concerne une substance biologique ou pharmaceutique active qui a une activité antibactérienne et possède un effet bactéricide, bactériostatique et antimycosique.
