The invention disclosed herein includes an apparatus for the treatment of prolapse in a pelvic region of a patient. The apparatus is a graft having a central body portion and at least one wing extending from it. A needle is attached to the end of the wing opposite the central body, and the needle in configured to engage the patients soft tissue positioned near the pelvic region.
