Oil-in-water emulsion comprises: (a) water (10-90 wt.%)； (b) at least one oil-in-water emulsifier (0.8-1.5 wt.%)； (c) at least a cosmetic oil； (d) at least a crosslinked copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone and 2-methyl-2[(1-oxo-2-propenyl)amino]-1-propanesulfonic acid, which is partially or completely neutralized； (e) at least a homopolymer of acrylic acid, which is crosslinked with allyl ethers of pentaerythritol and/or sucrose (Cosmetic, Toiletry, and Fragrance Association (CTFA): carbomer)； and (f) at least one alpha -hydroxy-omega -hydroxy-polydimethylsiloxane (CTFA: dimethiconol).
