A nap (or short-term) sleep wake-up device, used for awaking a user after a nap sleep of the user, includes an electroencephalogram (EEG) sensor, a processing module and a wake-up module. The electroencephalogram sensor is disposed at the user’s head, and senses an EEG signal from the user. The processing module is coupled with the electroencephalogram sensor, and receives and processes the EEG signal. The processing module transmits a wake-up signal if the user is determined in the sleep stage 2.
