The method for treating the advanced ovarian cancer provides for intra-arterial administration of chemotherapeutics and other drugs. The access is provided directly through the peripheral branch of the thoracic aorta, namely arteria intercostalis. The intercostal muscles are cut to fascia. Through the incision in length, the grooved probe is inserted. The cut in the muscle is increased up to the wound size. The vascular-nervous bundle is transferred into the wound, and the artery is separated along 2- of its length. Then catheter is inserted and passed along arteria intercostalis towards the thoracic aorta positioning it at a distance of 1- from the thoracic aorta. The artery is placed onto the special plate for fixation. The arterial wall is incised. The catheter is inserted and passed in proximal direction to the preset length. The distal part of the catheter should be located at a distance of from the artery ostium and from the lumen of aorta. The catheter is fastened with 1-2 ligatures to the arterial branch and with 2-3 sutures to the skin.Спосіб лікування розповсюдженого рака яєчників, шляхом внутрішньоартеріального введення хіміопрепаратів та інших медикаментозних засобів. Доступ до артеріального русла здійснюють безпосередньо крізь периферичну гілку грудного відділу аорти, а саме - arteria intercostalis, для чого міжреберні мязи розсікають до фасції, розрізом до , вводять в розріз жолобоватий зонд і по ньому збільшують розріз у мязовому шарі до розмірів рани, виводять в рану судинно-нервовий пучок і виділяють з нього міжреберну артерію протягом 2-, після чого вводять катетер і просувають по міжреберній артерії у напрямку до грудної аорти, розташовуючи його таким чином, щоб він був встановлений на відстані 1- від неї. Після цього артерію укладають на спеціальний фіксуючий майданчик, стінку артерії надсікають і розширюють зроблений в ній просвіт, вводять катетер в утворений отвір у стінці артерії, і проводять його в проксимальному напрямку на розрахункову довж
