A system (10) maintaining pressure, comprising: (a) a housing (14) (b) a generator (16) the pressure in the housing, wherein the pressure generator is adapted to create a gas stream for delivery to the respiratory tract of the subject, ( c) circuit (30) of a patient, having a first end operatively connected to the pressure generator in order to transmit the gas stream (d) an interface (34) by the patient coupled to a second patient circuit end, wherein the patient interface is configured to connect to respiratory pathways of the subject (e) a sensor (22), the function tionally coupled with the patient interface, wherein the sensor is configured to provide information relating to the fit or position of the patient interface on the subject face (f) the user interface (20) contained within the housing, wherein the user interface is adapted to transmit information to a subject (g) a processor (24) disposed in the housing and operatively coupled to the sensor and an output device, wherein the processor controls the user interface based on the information from the sensor to collectively be subject information relating to the fit or position of the patient interface, and wherein the information relating to the fit or position of the patient interface, comprising: (i) the location identification of the patient interface, wherein the contact between the patient interface and the face of the subject is insufficient, (ii) the proposed adjustments, which will improve the performance of the contact between the patient interface and the face of the subject, or (iii) as the identification of the location and the proposed regulirovku.2.
