The present invention relates to a root canal filling device and, more particularly, to a root canal filling device connected to a filling material melting portion driven by a power supply so as to transfer vibration generated by the filling material melting portion or heat generated by the vibration to first filling material or a second filling material for filling a root canal, including a main root canal from which the dental pulp has been removed and an accessory root canal which branches off from the main root canal, such that the first filling material fills the main root canal and the accessory root canal of the root canal. A root canal filling device according to the present invention comprises: a connecting portion connected to the filling material melting portion; a contact portion for contacting and pressurizing the first filling material or the second filling material, which has been injected into the main root canal, such that the first filling material fills the main root canal or the accessory root canal; and a transfer portion for mediating between the connecting portion and the contact portion such that heat or vibration generated by the ultrasonic wave generating device is transferred to the contact portion through the connecting portion.
