A medical system comprising: a network； a plurality of imaging sets, wherein each said imaging set comprises an imaging system； a separate contrast media injector system associated with each said imaging set, in which each said contrast media injector system is in said network and comprises an injection head located in its corresponding said imaging set； a plurality of control rooms, wherein each said control room is associated with at least one said set of imaging； a first medical information system in said network； an injection data management system comprising: a separate data translation module and a separate data management system (DMS) console for each said contrast media injector system, wherein each said DMS console comprises at least one user input device and at least one screen； and a data management system (DMS) server； wherein said data translation module and said DMS console for each said contrast media injector system, as well as said DMS server, are all in said network； wherein each said data translation module receives injection data from its corresponding said contrast media injector system, and comprises a first data conversion unit to convert at least some of said injection data from a data format to another data format, and in which each said data translation module is configured to send said injection data to its corresponding said DMS console； wherein each said DMS console is configured to compile a patient record of data management system (DMS) belonging to a single injection procedure in a single patient using at least one medical fluid and its corresponding said injector system. contrast media, wherein said DMS console is further configured to store a plurality of said DMS patient records generated from the execution of a plurality of injection procedures by its corresponding said contrast media injector system, and wherein each said DMS console is configured to transmit said selected DMS patient records, which are currently stored in said D
