This invention relates to a standardized Ai-Yu colloidal extraction device and an Ai-Yu forming method. The forming method comprises the steps of: providing a whirlpool machine and placing flushing water and Ai-Yu seeds therein starting the whirlpool machine to perform whirlpool flushing with a fixed amount X of Ai-Yu seeds and a fixed amount Y of flushing water proportionally increasing or decreasing with the amount of X for a fixed time period T separating the Ai-Yu seeds from the flushing water and the Ai-Yu colloidal formed by the whirlpool putting aside the flushing water and the Ai-Yu colloidal to form Ai-Yu jelly. The ratio relationship of the fixed amount X and the fixed amount Y is (80+/-3)X gram=Y ml. The fixed time period T is 12-14 minutes.
