PURPOSE: A frozen product crushing and thawing apparatus is provided to form a semi-liquid state product which is easy to be mixed with a liquid form product and transferred.CONSTITUTION: A crusher (12) receives a solid frozen product and crushes. A hot air supplying unit (16) circulates relatively high temperature water. A product flow path (142) transfers the product which is crushed by the crusher. A hot water flow path (144) flows hot water supplied from the hot air supplying unit. A product circulating path (18) returns parts of the liquid product from the downstream of the product flow path on a tube jacket (14) to the crusher. A control valve (19) is installed on the product flow path for manually controlling the amount of inflow to the product flow path.
