This invention provides a preparation method of a scratch-resistant and antibacterial film. The preparation method comprises the steps: preparing a film layer mixing nanometer metal particles and a photopolymer to form a coating coating the film layer with the coating to form a scratch-resistant and antibacterial layer on the film layer and drying the scratch-resistant and antibacterial layer on the film layer, and carrying out irradiation by using an UV lamp and curing to prepare the scratch-resistant and antibacterial film.
