A shoulder joint implant, that is used for maintaining and appropriately increasing the distance between the humeral head (31) and the acromion (20) and increasing the distance between the greater tuberosity of the humerus (32) and the acromion (20) during shoulder abduction. The shoulder joint implant comprises a solid cover member (11) that is disposed between an end portion of the humerus (30) and the acromion (20) and that is fixedly connected to the end portion of the humerus (30); the solid cover member (11) has a first surface (111) that is attached to the end portion of the humerus (30) and a second surface (112) that is disposed facing away from the end portion of the humerus (30), the second surface (112) directly or indirectly abutting against a lower surface of the acromion (20). The shoulder joint implant is fixedly connected to the solid cover member (11) by means of the end portion of the humerus (30), and the distance between the end portion of the humerus (30) and the lower surface of the acromion (20) may be maintained by means of the solid cover member (11) so as to prevent impact from occurring between the acromion (20) and the end portion of the humerus (30) which may cause a pain, thus restoring the normal biomechanical properties of the shoulder joint of a patient. Moreover, since the solid cover member (11) is a solid structure, when the solid cover member (11) is pressed by a force, the amount by which same is deformed is small, thus effectively reducing the pressure on surrounding tissue, and reducing shoulder discomfort.L'invention concerne un implant d'articulation d'épaule, qui est utilisé pour maintenir et augmenter de manière appropriée la distance entre la tête humérale (31) et l'acromion (20) et augmenter la distance entre la grosse tubérosité de l'humérus (32) et l'acromion (20) pendant l'abduction d'épaule. L'implant d'articulation d'épaule comprend un élément de recouvrement solide (11) qui est disposé entre une partie d'extrémité
