PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently and simply excising a DNA from a transgenic plant body having the DNA sandwiched between site-specific recombinant enzyme recognition sequences, and a method for efficiently and simply transferring a transposon not having a transposon transferase from the transgenic plant body having the transposon not having the transposon transferase. SOLUTION: It is thought that a marker gene can simply be removed by transiently highly expressing the site-specific recombinant enzyme gene by a Floral dip method. The method is considered to be applicable even to a method for transferring the transposon not having the transposon transferase from the transgenic plant body having the transposon not having the transposon transferase.
