PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorption preparation containing a medicine and percutaneous absorption accelerator, and capable of efficiently reducing skin irritation caused by a medicinally active ingredient based on a mechanism of skin irritation.SOLUTION: This percutaneous absorption preparation is obtained by providing a supporting material and an adhesive layer containing an adhesive base agent, adhesiveness imparting resin, percutaneous absorption-accelerator, and medicinally active ingredient, on it, wherein the content of the absorption-accelerator is 2 to 3 folds content (mass) of the medicinally active ingredient, and further, the thickness of the adhesive layer is 20 to 80 &mum, or 30 to 70 &mum when the medicinally active ingredient is an anti-inflammatory agent.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】薬物及び経皮吸収促進剤を含有する経皮吸収型製剤において、皮膚刺激のメカニズムに基づき、薬効成分由来の皮膚刺激を効率よく低減できる経皮吸収型製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】支持体とその上に粘着基剤、粘着付与樹脂、経皮吸収促進剤及び薬効成分を含有する粘着剤層を設けてなる経皮吸収型製剤であって、該経皮吸収促進剤の含有量が該薬効成分の含有量の2乃至3倍量(質量)であり、さらに、該粘着剤層の厚さが20乃至80μm、該薬効成分が抗炎症剤の場合には厚さ30乃至70μmである、経皮吸収型製剤を提供する。【選択図】 なし
