Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for eliminating noise in magnetic resonance images. According to the present invention, the method for eliminating noise in magnetic resonance images includes a step (a) of successively obtaining magnetic resonance images on the same part in a predetermined time range； a step (b) of calculating the probability information that the tissue of a first pixel is the same as that of a second pixel by using decay information according to the signal intensity of the first and second pixel of the magnetic resonance images； and a step (c) of determining the new signal intensity of the first and second pixel by weighted-averaging the signal intensity of the first and second pixel according to the probability information.
