PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wearable instrument that can reliably transmit vibration by a vibration unit to a body of a user.SOLUTION: A wearable instrument (1, 1a, and 1b) includes a vibration unit (6) for transmitting vibration to an arm (10) of a user wearing the wearable instrument (1, 1a, and 1b), and a balloon (3 and 3a) which is expanded to the extent that the vibration unit (6) is brought into close contact with the arm (10).
